Self-Knowledge: To understand Self - including characteristics, motives, and traits so we can make adjustments. This allows us to be in better alignment with who we naturally are. The more in alignment we are, the more peaceful life becomes.
The journey of life can come with ups and downs, bumps and bruises, along with bandages and healing. Simply put we have many experiences in life.
Now, this is the fun AND rewarding part. Let’s figure out what is going on and become more at peace within ourselves. When we look at it from the lens of learning, when we can take each experience and see it for what it is, we begin to better understand where we are in life and possibly even where we are going.
In school, we are taught History which allows us to see the good and bad that has gotten society to the point it is today. Languages such as English, Spanish, French, and Italian are taught to us so we can better communicate with others. Math helps us figure things out in scientific ways. Gym or recess helps us stay in shape or at least gives our mind a break from all the book stuff. The one thing that is missing is a class that helps explain why we are the way we are and how to make adjustments if we want something different.
Why do we feel the way we do? How do we create a shift so we can feel better? Why do others act a certain way around us? What does energy have to do with any of this?
From the scientific perspective, we are all just energy. Learning how to adjust our energy is key to any phase of Enlightenment.

Before we get started with how to move forward towards Enlightenment, take a moment to really understand what it is and what it means to you. When we say Enlightenment, it can very easily be a reference to ultimate freedom. In this state everything is clear. There is nothing to cover up. Nothing to hide or be embarrassed of. The freedom this state brings is ultimate clarity which provides amazing peace within.
This page is dedicated to emotions and what they are, what they mean, and how they impact us. Research shows the more we understand emotions, the easier it is to maneuver through the shifts of life. All of which helps remove emotional blocks leading to self-improvement.
Understanding the Energy Fields that are part of our makeup can give an excellent start to knowing how to adjust what we feel throughout the go. This helps with developing confidence, improvement, and adjusting emotions.

Breathwork refers to a variety of techniques that involve intentionally controlling and focusing on the breath to improve self-confidence, emotional blocks, physical well-being.
What a diffence seeing things from another angle can make. Taking time and just a little effort to see things from a different angle can create a HUGE shift.
The body has the answers, even if the mind wants to argue. If you are looking for help figuring out a way to remove emotional blocks, develop self-confidence, or overall general self-improvement, muscle testing can help.
Energy healing is a holistic practice based on the belief that the human body has an energetic field that influences physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
In life, there is something called sudden awakening otherwise known as “Enlightenment” where a person instantly knows and understands their true nature. This allows the “Enlightened” to understand who they truly and authentically are deep down, and what their purpose in life is. You could say it is when our energy is in perfect alignment with who we are.
This Enlightening moment of understanding can be random and come out of nowhere. In life, there is often a cause for letting go of the little things, and allows us to see life as the simple self that it is. That is a single example of Enlightenment. Near Death Experiences (NDE) are another great example.
There are many stories out there of people being in a car crash or even on the operating table and when they come back to this world, they have a much different perspective. The little things in life don’t seem to bother them anymore. Most no longer have a fear of death because they see it for what it is… just an end to this physical life.
Here is the interesting part. While the NDE and sudden Enlightenment could very well happen, it is often through new understandings and new perspectives that allow it. That is what this site is about. Sharing information with others so they can gain Self-Knowledge that can shine the light on new ways of looking at things including the possibility of enlightenment.

P.S. I will be talking about some of the situations and healings that have occurred in people I’ve worked with. Again, the stories are to be shared so people can see what is possible and that is all. Perspective:When was the last time you realized a simple perspective shift can be the difference between one answer and another? A small shift is all that is needed. Somebody that lives in 100°F would probably be say 40°F is freezing. If you were to ask a scientist: "No way. The temperature needs to drop 8°F more!". The difference is as simple as perspective.
The ask is this: As you go through your day, please try on different perspectives. When you notice something has grabbed your attention, pay attention to it. Read into it all you want and get to know it. Sometimes it will be as simple as a natural reaction. Other times, you may notice something catches your attention out of the blue. When that happens, process it and notice what you do. Then, see if you can find another perspective and learn all you can about it. If you can't find another perspective, ask somebody else for theirs and go from there.
When you are ready to try on different perspectives, you may even find the answers you have been looking for have been with you the whole time.
