Community Gatherings

The Self-Knowledge Community meets in many ways — online through guided meditations, in person through retreats and Immersions, and quietly through shared practice wherever you are. Each gathering is an opportunity to return to the present moment, to feel life moving through you, and to remember that awareness is the thread connecting us all.

Our live meditations are gentle and restorative, open to all, and focused on practical awareness — learning to listen through the body, feel emotion fully, and rest in stillness. The Immersions offer a deeper step into practice, blending reflection, journaling, and conversation. Retreats will bring these teachings to life through movement, rest, and shared experience in person.
